To ensure the best possible results, please keep the following in mind before your lash or brow service:
Arrive with clean lashes and brows, free of makeup, oils, or skincare products in the area
Avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids, or active skincare around the brow area for at least 7 days prior to brow services and 24–48 hours prior to waxing
Let us know in advance if you have any sensitivities, allergies, or are using prescription skincare or medications
Contact lenses should be removed prior to lash services
For first-time clients, we recommend avoiding scheduling immediately before important events
