Can you accommodate large bridal parties?

Absolutely! Each artist can typically handle up to 8 services per event, depending on your timeline. If your group is larger or you're working with a tighter schedule, we’ll assign multiple artists to ensure everything runs smoothly. For larger parties, or parties with limited time, we have additional artists available!

Is there a service minimum to book?

Yes — we require a minimum of 5 services per artist (5 for hair, 5 for makeup) for on-location bookings, unless otherwise specified. If your group doesn't meet that minimum, you're welcome to come to us at our studio or pay the difference to meet the minimum.

What’s required to reserve my date?

A $175 non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required to secure your date. Both are due at the time of booking, and the retainer is applied toward your final balance.

Do you offer trials before booking?

We no longer offer trials prior to booking due to high demand. Trials are scheduled during our off-season (November through March) based on availability. If you’re not satisfied with your trial, we offer one complimentary redo.

Are trials required?

Trials aren’t required but are highly recommended! It’s the perfect chance to fine-tune your wedding look and make sure you feel confident and beautiful. Trials are $115 and typically take place at our studio.

What if I don’t know all my wedding day details yet?

Totally fine! You can reserve your date with the information you have now and provide updates as you go. Final service counts, timing, and details are locked in 30 days prior to your wedding.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that any service cancellations be made at least 90 days before your wedding date. Cancellations after that point will be charged 50% of the cancelled service total. Emergencies will always be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with care and understanding.

What should my bridal party do to prep the morning of?

To keep things on time:

• Makeup: Arrive with a clean, moisturized face

• Hair: Arrive with clean, completely dry hair unless otherwise instructed

• Anyone receiving extension placement (bridesmaids only) will be charged an additional $40 fee

Please ensure your full party is on time and ready to go at the bride’s scheduled start time.

What should my bridal party do to prep the morning of?

We’ll build a personalized beauty timeline based on your service count and desired finish time. Most services take 30–45 minutes per person. We’ll collaborate with you to make sure your morning runs stress-free and on schedule.

How do I make payments?

We accept payments via Client Portal (set up at the time or contract signing, Venmo or PayPal. Your remaining balance is due the week before your wedding. Tips are not included in pricing but are always appreciated — we recommend tipping your artist directly via cash or personal payment apps on the day of your event.
